Factory racing team
The MS KART factory racing team was established in 1991, when Milan Šimák finished his active racing career. In the same year, he began to develop his own racing team, because he knew that the only and the best test of the quality and performance of the produced equipment is the race track.
Since then, the subsidiary company MS KART Racing Team has been operating in addition to the main production company. The factory racing team has become an integral part of the company and the basis of success for the development of new chassis designs. In addition to factory pilots, the company works with several contract drivers and teams every year, who also provide feedback and valuable information for further development.

said Milan Šimák in a press release in 1998.
And he knew well what he was talking about: in 2015, the factory driver of the MS KART Racing Team, Adam Kout, became the European Champion in the royal Superkart 250cc category. An even greater success was when Adam managed to defend the title in 2016! For Milan Šimák, a chassis constructeur and engine tuner in one person, the double win of the European Championship was a huge satisfaction for many years of effort and endless hours of work.

Why do I drive karts:
Motorsport is a matter of the heart for me, although my first steps on circuits and races were in one track. It wasn’t until 2021 that I added two tracks and we are now entering our third circuit season.
My beginnings:
Karting at this level is a completely new discipline for me, and I want to learn especially this year and use the time when my two sons will also race for MS Kart. I will try to enter this racing carousel with humility, but being competitive, I hope to get the hang of it soon. My goal is to get into the points and do the races to the best of my ability. Most of all, I will keep my fingers crossed for my sons and support them in the background as much as I can. I look forward to spending time with the MS Kart gang.
Achievements:
In the 2023 season, I managed to become ESET Cup winner in sprint races in GTX category with KTM X-BOW GTX and runner-up in endurance races with Peter Lisa in the same category. In the Gentleman’s Carbonia Cup series, I took first place in the B5 class (unmodified touring cars) and second place in the A9 class (race cars over 3500cc) with the Blue Garage Racing team behind the wheel of a Lotus Exige and Corvette Z06. I also managed to win the title of Vice Champion of the Czech Republic in Miniracing in GP12 class with Smrž Academy Racing Team behind the wheel of Ohval 190. This season we are skipping ESET Cup and I will concentrate on Miniracing, Carbonia Cup and Czech Kart Open.

Why do I drive karts:
Karting is funny, fast and provides a lot of adrenaline. Karting is also the basis for progressing to other categories of motorsport. My dream is to race GT cars one day.
My beginnings:
I started at a rental place, not far from Hluboká na Vltavou. I first sat in a racing kart about seven years ago in Písek. Since then, I’ve done a lot of races of the Czech Championship or the Moravian Cup. In 2021, we had our first foreign season in the Italian Easykart championship. Since 2022 we have been combining races in Czech Republic and abroad, such as MČR, DKM, WSK, etc. It’s a great school. This year I’m doing my sixth season of racing.
My goals:
In April 2023 I won my first race in the German DKM Championship and I would like to add more podiums, not only in Germany. And of course I would like to be on the top step again.
Achievements:
I appreciate all the podium finishes in EASY 60, EASY 100 and OK Junior. In 2020 I was in the TOP 5 of the absolute EASY 60 standings in Czech Republic. In 2021 I was in the TOP 3 of the Czech Easykart 100 series, in the Italian Easykart 100 championship in the same year I was P7 overall. I was very happy to win the final of the first DKM 2023 race in Mülsen.

It all started when my dad first took me to a kart arena. I was two years old at that time and I was driving on my dad’s lap. Somewhere at the age of 4 I first drove a kart on my own, I got pretty into it and tried to attend all the kids races in the kart arena. At the age of 9 I did my first race in Cheb in Baby 60 category. I was third in qualifying, finished on podium and tokk home my first trophy. The beginning was not the easiest, I had to learn the track, how to brake and how to give throttle properly, it was a lot. Every race we gained more and more experience, including driving on wet track. I didn’t have much success as a kid, but things started to change over time…

In my childhood I used to go to kart races with my dad when he worked as mechanic for Milan Šimák and somehow it stayed with me all these years. I fulfilled my dream of racing at the age of 40.
Nowadays karting means for me mainly an opportunity to “clear my head” and a chance to relax from work. There is a great group of people in the team and I also enjoy the need for good physical training, which forces me to keep fit. My older daughter Natalie is also competing in the RMC Czech Republic in Rotax Max Senior category. Karting is a good opportunity for both of us to spend more time together and we love the great atmosphere at races.

Začalo to u volantu na PS, který jsem dostal k 5. narozeninám. Po dvou dnech jsem byl překvapivě rychlý a tátu hned napadlo, že bychom mohli zkusit motokáru. Našli jsme půjčovnu v Olomouci s malými kárami a začali pravidelně každou neděli trénovat. Ježíšek mi dva měsíce poté přinesl k Vánocům první “50” a já ještě stále jako 5 letý vyrazil v roce 2020 na první závody. A to úplně změnilo náš život.

I drove a kart for the first time in a karting academy at Legends in 2017. Thanks to the company MS Kart, where we rented a kart of the School 50 category, I did the first races

Why do I drive karts:
Karting is funny, fast and provides a lot of adrenaline. Karting is also the basis for progressing to other categories of motorsport. My dream is to race GT cars one day.
My beginnings:
I started at a rental place, not far from Hluboká na Vltavou. I first sat in a racing kart about seven years ago in Písek. Since then, I’ve done a lot of races of the Czech Championship or the Moravian Cup. In 2021, we had our first foreign season in the Italian Easykart championship. Since 2022 we have been combining races in Czech Republic and abroad, such as MČR, DKM, WSK, etc. It’s a great school. This year I’m doing my sixth season of racing.
My goals:
In April 2023 I won my first race in the German DKM Championship and I would like to add more podiums, not only in Germany. And of course I would like to be on the top step again.
Achievements:
I appreciate all the podium finishes in EASY 60, EASY 100 and OK Junior. In 2020 I was in the TOP 5 of the absolute EASY 60 standings in Czech Republic. In 2021 I was in the TOP 3 of the Czech Easykart 100 series, in the Italian Easykart 100 championship in the same year I was P7 overall. I was very happy to win the final of the first DKM 2023 race in Mülsen.
