Race 2 of the Czech National Championship: MS KART drivers on podium again

The South Bohemian go-kart track in Pisek came to life again last weekend after a long time when the karts of pilots starting in the 2nd race of CZECH KART OPEN – Czech Championship and Cup of ACCR started to move.

The KZ2 factory driver of MS KART Racing Team Kuba Talaš (st. No. 4) performed very well and finished second overall with the amazing support of many fans!

Number 2 probably became fatal on his favorite track in Pisek as it accompanied him from the very beginning: 2nd time in Saturday’s timed practice was supplemented by P2 in the first final race on wet. Sunday on the dry track also brought two deuces, which meant the final 2nd place and important points in the overall score. Kuba drove perfectly and put everything into it. A small margin in technical equiment motivates us to continue testing so that we can fight for the top place again next time. The whole team of mechanics did a great job and they deserve a huge thank you. Thanks to Machač Motors & Martin Slavík as well.

Petr Vojta from Prachatice also shone in the KZ2 category: after consulting a suitable chassis setup with Kuba Talaš and our mechanics, Petr surprised on Saturday with the 6th time in timed practice, when he left behind many first-class competitors! Despite the unsuccessful “wet” 1st final race, he maintained his speed on Sunday and after the results P6 and P10 he took the trophy for 2nd place in PAČR. His father, Petr Vojta senior was not left behind and in the KZ2 Gentleman class and finished P7. Congratulations!

Invincible was Stepan Kral in HONDA GX390 class (st. Number 5), who did not give his opponents a chance even once and with the fastest time in timed practice and the results of 3 x P1 in the final races deservedly climbed to the highest place. Congratulation!

In the ROK GP class, Jose Andres Cordova with number 285 and Filip Nedoma with number 46, starting for the Lamont Racing team, achieved very good results. Jose finished in a great 5th place overall and Filip in the ROK GP Junior category in a nice 3rd place. Good job, guys.
