MS KART drivers celebrated a double win in the last race at Whilton on 26-27th September: JDR won both in MINI X30 and in Junior X30 cathegory. P1, P2, P8 P9 in Mini X30 and P1, P5, P8, P9 and P25 in Junior X30.
Cian Geraghty was extremely fast all weekend and after a poor start caught the leaders and won the race after penalties. Leo Brown worked hard and got it going really well in the final to finish P2 and set fastest lap. Morgan Hill has his best running in Mini with great speed and a small incident on the last lap cost him a few positions but he drove really well. George Robinson had to miss testing so 8th was a great result considering.
Lucas Ellingham was on form as per usual and won the final off pole. Jude Fernihough had to come from mid pack but was so fast in the final to finish 5th. Sam Baker had another great showing in the top 10 all weekend. And Rito joined us for his first junior race and was superb. Ran in 3rd at the beginning and ended up 9th. Reece only a month into racing got closer and closer to the pace to finish 25th.
Thanks to all the mechanics and parents as normal. Oliver Hodgson for the coaching. And MS Kart, Jade Engines, Litchfield Engines and Spike Sport Engines for the equipment.
