Last weekend (August 7 – 9th, 2020), the series of the Moravian Cup and the Championship of the Slovak Republic moved beyond the borders of the Czech Republic to Bruck in Austria where it continued on the Speedworld track for the third race of this season.
The MS KART racing team had a very strong cast in Bruck in almost all categories. In extremely hot summer weather, which is unfortunately typical for Bruck at this time, a total of 14 drivers sweated on the hot track and stifling background of several team tents. The heat was truly indescribable. However, the drivers and all the mechanics managed these extreme conditions and all rightly deserve respect and a big thank you.
Although MS KART chassis are known and valued for their excellent functionality in normal to cold weather conditions, they have shown here on the hot Speedworld asphalt that they work perfectly even in the hot summer months, across all categories. This is evidenced by the following results.
In the KZ2 class, the factory driver of MS KART Racing Team, Kuba Talaš (MS Kart Blue Phoenix – TM R1), fought in the series of the Championship of the Slovak Republic. The second time in timed practice, with a loss of only 0.091 seconds at the first, promised exciting fights again. And it was no different. Kuba has once again shown that he can make 100% use of its racing skills and of the technical equipment: MS KART chassis powered by the TM engine prepared by Machac Motors. He won all 3 races comfortably and scored the maximum points! Kuba, great performance, congratulations! Many thanks to all the mechanics who perfectly prepared the chassis and engines.
Also the young driver Vítek Kubera (JM Kart Klub) reached the maximum point score. Vitek drivers in BABY 50cc class which had a busy starting field of 24 partecipants. Vitek on his MS KART Baby won the timed practice as well as all 3 final heats. Congratulations Vítek, just keep going
The most numerous representation of drivers on MS KART chassis was in the Rotax DD2 and DD2 Masters category where 9 pilots out of 15 raced on the MS and this time the blue overalls with the MS KART logo took all the podium places. The most successful driver of the team was Nikolas Szabo from Slovakia, who, despite major problems with tires, which he has struggled since he put on a news set for the race, won a great second place in Austria ahead of his team mate Marek Mizera on third and the winner Adam Kovacs from the hungarian team Kancsar Racing. In the DD2 Masters category, Kamil Kubera (JM KART Klub) got a trophy for second place and David Kadlec (MS KART R.T.) scored points for P3.
These are the results of other MS KARt drivers. Thank you all for your effort and beautiful performances.
