The British Cadwell Park circuit hosted the second race of the British Superkart Racing Club super series this weekend. Qualifying was busy on track and Lee couldn’t get a clear lap in but he qualified 2nd only 2 tenths off. In race 1 Lee led from the start and gained a 7 second lead but on the last lap back markers made him take to the grass ending up 3rd. In race 2 Lee led from the start and got the fastest lap too with a 1.22.3. The VM motor was singing and the Harvey MS Kart was handling really well which gave Lee and his team the win for the meeting!
“Great racing with Matt Robinson pushed me hard!” said Lee short after the race. “Massive thanks to Dave Harvey and Rod Harpham for the great support and hard work, NGK spark plugs and Paul Wheatley for the sponsorship. And I also would like to thank to Jon Plaskitt and Neil Robinson for making memories. Thanks to Paul Tinker for the great pictures.”
