2 victories at Czech Championship in Bruck

The racing season of Czech Kart Open continued in the hot July days at Speedworld in Bruck, Austria. In the 4th race of the Czech Championship our MS KART drivers reached beautiful results including 2 great victories in Mini 60 and KZ2!

Jakub Kadlčák struggled a bit in free practice sessions on Saturday and his best time in qualification practice was only enough for P4, but later he finished P1 in the first final heat which was a great motivation for Sunday’s race sessions. In final 2 he finished P2 and in the Superfinal he took the lead short after start from pole position and won the race in sovereign fashion.

In Mini class, Zdeněk Babicek (TEPZ Racing Team) won all 3 final heats with his MS Mini Blue Kite chassis. As in the previous race, he scored full points in the overall standings and with 231 points he is currently leading the championship. Greta Polmová finished P2 in Superfinal of Mini in the Cup classification.

David Kadlec was in second position in KZ2 Gentleman throughout the weekend, P2 in time practice as well as in all final runs.

David Gorčica showed nice pursuit runs in OK Junior. He treated the race in Bruck more as a training race and did not set an official time in qualifying. He started both final runs from the last 16th place and made his way through the field on 2 x P7. In Superfinal he started from P9 and finished in a nice 4th place.
