Milo takes pole position in timed qual and P2 at Shenington in Mini ROK

First race of the year at Shenington in the UK IKR series. Milo was a little rusty with only 40 mins of testing before this race in the last 5 months. He still managed to get pole by a couple of tenths onboard his MS Kart Mini chassis but his race craft and starts were not quite back to normal and this plus a dnf in heat one due to his transponder stopping working meant he had to start heat 2 from 10th on the grid.

He rocketed through to second in this heat, plus had another 2nd and a 3rd. This left 4th on the gird for the final and he got off to a terrible start dropping 2 places before the line! He got things going and made up over seconds in the race to be 7tenths off Josh Turnball #7 at the flag who had a very good day. Well done also to David Wiszczor #47 who was fast all day and unlucky in the final. Big well done to my buddy and MS JDR team mate Josh Mills #66 who went faster than he has ever been before.

So P2 on our return to racing after such a long break and giving the race away at the start! Was not a bad comeback. More testing now we are allowed to. and back racing at Fulbeck in 2 weeks. Thanks as ever to Jack Dex MS Kart, Supertune, Excool and AE Racing.
