P1, P2 & P3 for Lucas Racing at BPEC round 1!

Brilliant weekend’s racing at Glan-y-Gors even though the weather on the day kept everyone on their toes with showers throughout the race

#43 MS Soco Select took a convincing win despite dropping to the back of the field with a fuel leak early on, with #42 MS Lucas nursing a damaged kart over the line for second place. Having run with the front runners for the whole race, #11 MS Carshop came home 3rd to close out a Lucas Racing podium lockout.

#753 MS TJR came home 2nd in Pro complete with their change of colour scheme for 2022.

2nd place in Clubman went to Dazzle, also on an MS kart and less than 4 seconds off a class win.

Well done to all the teams involved, and thanks to BPEC, to the circuit staff and marshals for a fantastic start to the season.

Also a massive thanks to all our own team for their help in taking our new awnings down, we’d probably still be there this morning if you hadn’t all stayed.
Next up, on to Teesside Karting for the final round of the winter series sprints in 2 weeks.
