It was another P1 and P2 for Lucas Racing at sunny Teesside for the final round of the winter championship after some frantic racing all day.
Connor Lucas and Jess Alexander took both heat wins, with Connor taking the final win from pole, followed home by Jess who held off a charging Scott Tate with a drag race to the line.
Jack Morris #24, Lennon French and Toby Dodson all had strong performances against a very competitive grid and made it 5 MS karts in the top 10.
Bella Franklin won both heats and the final in Junior Max and Lizzie Mentier took the Mini Max win, both also on MS Karts.
Jess’ second place in the final meant she did enough to secure the winter series championship, with Connor finishing 2nd overall.
