Jakub Kadlčák has been racing since 2008. He started out in a parking lot, then at a rental shop, and competed in his first race in Vysoké Mýto in the Cadet class. Over the years, he has won three Czech KZ2 championships, four Slovak championships, and the Trofeo Ayrton Senna. In the 2026 season, he will take on the role of coach for the MS KART Racing Team for the first time.
He works with the riders on everything that determines the outcome: data and telemetry analysis, physical conditioning, concentration, and managing pressure during the race. He’s been through each of these challenges himself, so he knows exactly where it hurts.
